Linky AI Terms of Service

These terms set out the deal between you and Linky AI: who may use the service, what you may do with it, how billing works, and where responsibility sits when something goes wrong.

1. Agreement

By opening an account or using any part of Linky AI you accept these terms. If you disagree with them, stop using Linky AI.

2. Adults only

Linky AI is restricted to users aged 18 and over. Providing a false age is a material breach and results in immediate termination.

3. What Linky AI is

Linky AI provides fictional AI companions for entertainment and conversation. Companions are software characters, not real people, and no relationship implies a human counterpart.

4. Account creation

One account per person. You must supply accurate registration details and keep them current.

5. Account security

You are responsible for your credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly about unauthorised access.

6. Licence to use

Linky AI grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service for private, non-commercial purposes.

7. Free tier

Free access includes a limited number of daily messages and features. Limits may change as Linky AI evolves.

8. Paid plans

Paid plans unlock additional features. Prices, inclusions and limits are displayed before checkout.

9. Billing cycle

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel. Charges appear on your statement under our billing descriptor.

10. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from billing settings. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

11. Refunds

Except where consumer law requires otherwise, payments for delivered digital access are non-refundable. Billing errors are corrected on review.

12. Price changes

We may change prices with prior notice. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and you may cancel beforehand.

13. Trials and promotions

Promotional offers may carry additional conditions and can be withdrawn at any time.

14. Acceptable use

You must not use Linky AI to harass anyone, break the law, promote violence, or attempt to generate content involving minors or non-consenting real individuals.

15. Prohibited content

Requests involving illegal acts, real identifiable people without consent, or sexual content involving minors are strictly forbidden and are reported where required.

16. Automation and scraping

Bots, scrapers, resale of access, reverse engineering and load testing against Linky AI are not permitted.

17. Security testing

Do not probe, disrupt or overload our infrastructure. Responsible disclosure reports are welcome at security@linke-ai.org.

18. Your content

You keep ownership of what you write. You grant Linky AI a limited licence to process it solely to operate the service for you.

19. Our content

The Linky AI name, interface, code, artwork and companion characters remain our property or that of our licensors.

20. AI-generated imagery

Images on Linky AI are AI-generated. They depict no real person, and any resemblance to a living individual is unintentional.

21. Accuracy disclaimer

Companion replies are generated text. They may be wrong, and they are never medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.

22. Wellbeing notice

Linky AI is not a crisis service. If you are in distress, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency number.

23. Availability

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, outages and upgrades happen.

24. Service changes

Features may be added, altered or discontinued. Material reductions to a paid plan will be announced in advance.

25. Third-party services

Payment, hosting and analytics partners have their own terms, and their outages may affect Linky AI.

26. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk, with notice where practical.

27. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linky AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and total liability is capped at what you paid in the previous twelve months.

28. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Linky AI against claims arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these terms.

29. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of our place of establishment. Disputes are first raised with support, then handled by the competent courts, and nothing removes your mandatory local consumer rights.

30. Updates to these terms

We may revise these terms and will update the date above. Continuing to use Linky AI after a revision means you accept it. Questions: legal@linke-ai.org.
